New York - Read our Stories and Reviews
The only predictable thing about New York is that it’s totally unpredictable, ever-changing and has an almost bottomless ability to surprise. Our experience of this city, whether with or without the kids, is constantly evolving: it’s like a new destination each time. You can never close the book on New York - every few years I’ll be taking Sheira back to get her jolt of the art, shopping, food scene and street energy that she loves so much.
As if the pace and stress of the world’s most buzzing city wasn’t enough, we also moved hotels three times in our quest to get a fresh take on the city. In retrospect, we ended up loving our old favourite most of all, along with a great new downtown discovery. Armed with our black book, even if you only get around to a fraction of what’s on offer there, I guarantee you the ultimate urban safari. And you’ll find your own secrets - it’s just too big a city not to. Don’t forget to share them with us here on our ‘You Said’ page!
