If a picture tells a 1000 words, then, from the way I talk, these albums must contain billions! From photographing a meal in Korcula to whitewater rafting in New Zealand my camera is my companion.

These are the moments that really say it all, come with me as we freeze frame the world...

  Los Cabos

As soon as we entered the wrought iron gates of this private resort on the tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula we found the distinctive atmosphere of Old Mexico that we were looking for. Considered one of the best resorts in the world - and voted favourite in Mexico by Conde Nast readers - the original hacienda architecture has the edge over a purpose-built hotel. You can’t beat authenticity and history. The famous ONE & ONLY chain has restored the old 50s hideaway with an open chequebook- and a lot of visual flair.

You have all the charm of church bells and the village square in next-door small town, SAN JOSE DEL CABO or the vibe of busier LOS CABOS SAN LUCAS slightly further afield. But you don’t need to pass under the beautiful arches of the One & Only Palmilla Resort to have a great time. We particularly loved the distinctive décor, pure, powdery sands of Palmilla Beach and setting overlooking the Sea of Cortez, which all helped to make this one of our most memorable beachfront holidays ever.
